Coaching is the practice
of assisting clients to determine and achieve professional and personal
goals. The client and coach become a team, focusing on the clients
goals and needs in order to accomplish more than the client would alone.
Professionals, business owners, entrepreneurs and people in transition
use a coach to make substantial changes in their professional and personal
lives. |
A coach will use a variety of methods, tailored to the client, to move through the process of setting and reaching their goals. We at Coaching Associates assist in facilitating focus and building motivation by partnering with our clients to define their goals, develop strategies, and take actions for continued success in their lives. |
